They call me.. tater salad :p

Today is my brother's and soon to be sister in laws Jack and Jill. I was required by "law" to make a dish or dessert to share with the fine folks that are coming. So, I made a classic potato salad. I just started making potato salad about 3 years ago when we had an abundance of potatoes. I figured might as well make something delicious with them. I use the Hellman's mayo recipe with a few modifications. I use a little more white vinegar then they call for and I don't add onions, because I'm not a big fan of them.
